While Octobazaar is not obligated to issue refunds or returns, we may, at our discretion:

Contacting Octobazaar does not guarantee a refund, replacement, or outcome.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Unresolved chargebacks may result in:
- seller account review or suspension;
- buyer account restrictions in cases of abuse.
Payment disputes are subject to Stripe’s rules and processes.
7. Platform Role Disclaimer
Octobazaar:
- does not issue refunds;
- does not accept returned products;
- does not control seller refund decisions;
- is not responsible for shipping or return logistics.
Octobazaar’s role is limited to operating the marketplace platform.
